At the start of April, we were thrilled to announce the promotion of Beth Childs to Business Manager following nine years of dedicated service at Multitask Personnel.
Beth has been an instrumental part of the business, having developed a strong reputation for her work in recruitment delivery, operations, and client relations. Her promotion reflects both her personal achievements and the value she brings to our clients and candidates.
In her new role, Beth will oversee daily operations, mentor our growing team, and work alongside our Managing Director, Claire Lee, to drive strategic growth and enhance our customer service offering.

To meet the increasing demand in technical recruitment, we welcomed Clive Bateman to the team in 2025, as the lead for our Contract Division, specialising in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Renewables.
Clive brings with him an impressive 35 years of experience in construction recruitment, with expertise in contract solutions across the UK. His unrivalled knowledge of the market ensures our clients and contractors receive tailored, dependable recruitment support.
Clive’s arrival strengthens our offering in the energy and engineering space, reinforcing Multitask Personnel’s position as a go-to partner for flexible and scalable workforce solutions in emerging and established sectors.
