My role at Multitask Personnel…

As a recruitment manager at Multitask Personnel, I specialise in permanent roles within the renewable energy sector, an industry that is shaping our future and contributing to a better world. I have over 15 years of experience in providing recruitment solutions for various businesses, from operatives to directors, across different functions and locations.

My core competencies include screening, candidates searching, client services, account management, and business development. I work closely with both candidates and clients to understand their needs, expectations, and goals, and to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. I also assist with volume recruitment, mobilisation of new contracts, and new site openings. I am passionate about making a positive impact and building long-term relationships in the renewable energy sector.

My career to date…

I worked as a travel agent for 15 years after completing a Btec National Diploma in Travel and Tourism at college. In 2008 I made a career change into recruitment, starting off in industrial recruitment on volume contacts in warehousing.

Since joining Multitask I have worked in each department, from Trades, Construction, Hospitality, Support Services, to now working closely with my director on the renewables and M&E sector.

The variety, the lovely team, the highs (and the lows) its exciting and emotional at the same time! I enjoy working with all our clients, finding candidates the right role for them and job satisfaction.
