My Role at Multitask Personnel
With over 18 years of recruitment experience, including 12 years with Multitask Personnel, I’m passionate about delivering tailored recruitment solutions across the renewable and energy sectors. As a Client Account Manager, I work closely with clients to understand their individual requirements and secure the right talent for both temporary and permanent opportunities.
I take a consultative and relationship-focused approach to recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and successful placement. My aim is always to provide a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates, helping to build long-term partnerships based on trust, communication and results.
