This September marked a huge milestone for Multitask Personnel: 15 years in business.
From a dining-table start in Rotherham to becoming a trusted recruitment partner across the UK, it’s been a journey built on people, relationships, and resilience. To mark the occasion, we turned the whole of September into a birthday party, complete with giveaways, insights, a staff weekend away and plenty of cake.
Turning 15 only happens once, so we made the most of it. In particular, we organised:
Founder and Managing Director Claire Lee has been at the heart of Multitask from the start.
From those early days supplying gas cooker installers to Currys, right through to today’s nationwide projects across Energy & Renewables, Mechanical & Electrical, FM & Property, and Environmental sectors, her focus has always been on people and culture.

The birthday excitement doesn’t stop at cake. As part of the celebrations, we also ran an exciting giveaway that included a Harvey Nichols hamper and other luxurious goodies.

But of course, no birthday celebration would be complete without a party. As a treat for our amazing Multitask team, we invited everyone to Centre Parcs for a weekend of celebrations where we could relax, share stories, reflect on memories, and enjoy a few glasses of champagne.
Fifteen years is a proud moment, yet it is also a springboard for the future.
The recruitment industry continues to evolve with advanced CRMs, flexible working, and changing expectations from employers and candidates.
Our mission remains clear: to keep adapting, keep building relationships, and keep delivering the right people for every role.
This celebration belongs to everyone who has been part of the journey: the talented team past and present, the clients who trust us, and the candidates who put their careers in our hands.
