Recruitment Coordinator Volume Recruitment – which basically means I spend my days finding great people, keeping recruitment campaigns running smoothly, and making sure no candidate, client, or interview slot gets lost in the chaos.
Working on large-scale contracts means things move fast, so organisation, communication, and a good sense of humour are essential. I coordinate everything from sourcing and screening candidates to booking interviews and helping people get started in their new roles.
