I have a great opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join this quality 2 AA Rosette Hotel in Jersey, they are cooking some really fantastic food in this contemporary restaurant. They have a small team that are really pushing for accolades. They need a solid Sous Chef with rosette or Michelin background to help bolster the brigade.
You will be joining a great hotel group with career progression and a quality place to work, the weathers great and lots to do on the island when your off!
They offer a base salary of £29,000, Live-in, Tips and also reduced tax in Jersey, so a great package of 30k+

• Fresh food background
• Able to manage a team
• Previous Snr CDP/J.Sous @ Rosette or Michelin
• Passion for fresh seasonal ingredients
• Experience of GP% management
• Able to deputise for the Head Chef on days off
