I have a great opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join this quality AA Rosette Gastro Pub near Marlborough, they use some of the best local ingredients around to inspire there chefs into creating some great dishes all year round. They have a medium size brigade and cater for wedding, functions, shoots and also everyday guests into the restaurant. They need a solid Sous Chef with a quality fresh food background that’s keen to support the team in all aspects.
You will be joining a quality privately owned venue with career progression and a quality place to work, they offer some great perks along with support.
They offer a base salary of £29,000, Live-in, Tip so a solid package of around the £33,000 mark

- Previous Snr CDP/J.Sous within rosette preferred

- Experience of GP% management
- Able to deputise for the Head Chef on days off
