I have a great opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join this quality Rosette Hotel and Spa near Oxford, the use some of the best local ingredients around to inspire there cooks into creating some great dishes all year round. They have a medium size brigade and cater for wedding, functions and also everyday guests into the restaurant. They need a solid Sous Chef with a quality fresh food background.
You will be joining a great hotel group with career progression and a quality place to work, they offer some great perks working with the quality company.
They offer a base salary of £29,000, Live-in, Tip so a solid package, 45 hour week
