Operations Manager – Drainage

Our client who are an expanding drainage company have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their team, due to rapid growth they require an experience manager to run the northern operations based from their site in Kirkby.

You Will:

  • Manage direct staff both clerical and field based
  • Carry out routinely checks on engineers and their equipment & vehicles
  • Ensure works are been carried out safely and efficiently
  • Liaise with customers
  • Carry out service reviews with customers
  • Manage customer relations
  • Ensure processes and procedures are running smoothly
  • Assist with the growth of the business

You will need:

  • Drive and ambition to build the team and resources significantly
  • Experience in the drainage industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage people
  • Past experience in operational management
  • To be commercially minded
