This iconic Hotel in Scotland is looking for a new Head Chef to lead the team at this 3 AA Rosette and 5 Red Star property, the Head Chef must be an inspirational leader, motivating and developing the team while leading by example and creating a culture of passion and enthusiasm to create amazing innovative dishes .
They must provide food that not only meets and exceeds our guest expectations in flavor, substance and presentation, but also in line with the ethos of the hotel and location. You will also get to work closely with one of the most iconic chefs in modern day cookery there is around.
They offer a salary of £55,000 with bonus structure in place.
