Our client, who provide air conditioning and refrigeration services and maintenance are recruiting for a finance assistant to join the team at their office based in Langwith.
Key duties will be (but not limited to);
Inputting purchase invoices onto Sage Line 50 (overheads) or Jobflow (for expenditure relating to jobs)
Matching delivery notes and purchase orders to invoices
Petty cash reconciliations
Credit card posting and reconciliation
Dealing with supplier queries
Filling in supplier forms/setting up of suppliers
Scanning/linking and filing of invoices
Hours are between 15-20hrs per week. Hourly rate is from £8.65 per hour depending on experience.
