we have a number of fantastic new opportunities to join a dynamic and expanding business within the gas industry, based in Bolton our client is currently recruiting for a number of telephone advisors.
Key responsibilities:
Contact current energy customers to arrange an appointment for the installation of a smart meter and selling the benefits of this
Update customer notes onto database
Carry out all administration duties
Work to daily KPIs
Person Specification:
Good customer service skills
Professional telephone manner
IT skills
The positions are on a permanent basis with the client and will be subject to a 3 month probationary period
The working hours are Monday – Friday between 10:00 and 20:00 on a rota basis, also includes Saturdays, either every week, 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 depending on the rota.
In return the company offer full training, a good starting salary of £16,929 per annum with excellent progression opportunities, a rate increase and incentives are offered after the probationary period.
