Administrator – Sheffield

Location: Sheffield
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £18K - £22K DOE
Hours: 8:30 - 17:30

We are working with an exciting and fast-growing provider of business printing sector. Based in Sheffield, they are looking for an Administrator with basic accounts experience.

You will be doing:

  • General administration
  • Processing lease documents for payment
  • General accounts admin
  • Processing Sales and Purchase invoices
  • Inputting Purchase Orders
  • Working with current systems
  • Ensure new stock is recorded correctly

You will need:

  • Previous experience within an administration role
  • Some accounts knowledge
  • Drive to succeed and progress
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to pick up new systems and knowledge quickly
