They have a great team and some fantastic owners that support their team all the way. They need a solid Sous Chef with a quality fresh food background.

    They would like a chef from a fresh food background preferably with rosette experience but most important passion and hunger to succeed with hospitality.

    I am looking to recruit relief chefs in the Kent, Barnsted and Croyden area for bookings I have coming up, I need 3 Chef de Partie’s from September 1st for ongoing work. The hours will be from 6am until between 3pm and 8pm dependent on requirements on a Monday to Friday basis.

    They use all fresh food so you will need to have worked with fresh ingredients before to be selected.

We are looking to add to our talent bank with some quality chefs from a fresh food backgrounds. I have positions for 1 day but also ongoing cover and need support from the right chefs now.

    Hours are either splits or straights and pay is £14.00+ LTD or Self-employed dependent on level and skill set.

    The new owners are outgoing, personable and I feel a joy to work with, they offer full autonomy within reason in the kitchen so you run it your way as long as customers are happy and you hit a half decent GP%, sound’s like a decent position to me??
