As we reach the end of 2025, it is the perfect time to look back at what has been an inspiring, energising, and transformational year for Multitask Personnel. From growing our team to raising money for important causes and marking significant business milestones, this year has been defined by momentum. Here is a look at some of the moments that shaped 2025.
This year, we were delighted to welcome two new Senior Recruitment Consultants to the business.
Lawrie Brennan joined us with a wealth of recruitment experience and an immediate passion for all things renewables. He has embraced the sector with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective, already proving to be a fantastic asset to our clients and candidates.
We also welcomed Clive Bateman, who now leads our contract division. With an incredible 35 years of experience across Construction, Mechanical and Electrical, and Renewables recruitment, Clive has made a significant impact. His technical knowledge and hands-on approach continue to strengthen our offer for clients across the UK.
Nothing makes us prouder than watching our people grow.
A huge congratulations goes to Beth Childs, who was promoted to Business Manager after nine years with Multitask Personnel. Beth now supports our Managing Director Claire in the strategic growth of the business while overseeing day-to-day operations.
We are also proud to celebrate Ell Watts, who has progressed to Recruitment Consultant this year. After already passing her driving test earlier in the year, her professional development continues to shine, and we cannot wait to see her thrive even further in her new role.
This year marked a milestone that means a great deal to the whole team.
Multitask Personnel celebrated 15 years in business, a journey that began at a dining table in Rotherham and has grown into a trusted recruitment partner supporting clients across Energy and Renewables, Mechanical and Electrical, Facilities Management, Property, and Environmental services.
At the centre of this story is Claire Lee, whose determination, resilience, and passion shaped the business from day one. From building long-standing client relationships to leading a growing team, Claire’s journey reflects the values that still drive Multitask Personnel today.
Her belief that recruitment is built on trust, culture, and genuine relationships remains the foundation of everything we do.
2025 was also a year of giving back.
In August, we hosted a Charity Afternoon Tea in support of Breast Cancer Now, complete with cakes, savoury treats, quizzes, and a sweet sweepstake. Every donation contributed directly to the charity’s vital work, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the event.
Our team also tackled the Pretty Muddy 5K at Graves Park, raising money for Cancer Research UK. Kelly, Beth, Faye, Clive, Vicky, and Haydn all completed the challenge, cheered on by Steve and Layla. There was mud, laughter, and plenty of team spirit, all in support of life saving research.

It would not be a Multitask year without some friendly competition and plenty of team celebrations.
The MTP Fantasy Football League made a dramatic return, complete with a £100 voucher prize and a now legendary piece of artwork featuring Clive’s head on Haaland’s body. It is safe to say we take our fantasy football very seriously.
This year also marked our 15th birthday, so we celebrated throughout September with giveaways, memories, and a brilliant team weekend at Centre Parcs. It was the perfect way to recognise how far we have come as a business, with plenty of laughs, team time, and of course, cake.
As part of our anniversary celebrations, we were delighted to welcome Katie Heritage into the office to collect her Harvey Nichols hamper, packed with 15 handpicked treats to mark 15 years of Multitask Personnel. The giveaway was a small thank you to everyone who has supported us on our journey.
