Multitask Personnel pride themselves on being a specialist recruitment consultancy, who not only match candidates to job roles throughout the UK, but they also have a growing and flourishing team of staff working in their Rotherham office too.

Over the past month they have appointed Katie Johnson as Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director, and Ell Watts as a Resourcer.

Katie, who has worked with Multitask Personnel previously, has re-joined the team and brings a wealth of experience in her new role as PA, whereas Ell was initially recruited for a client, working on a temporary project based in the Multitask office, who made a great impression and was offered a permanent role working for Multitask Personnel after her temp job ended.

Ell comments: “After leaving education I started working for a construction company where I gained my Business Admin Level 2, and after a few years working with the company I decided to look for something new and explore a different career path. This is where I found Multitask and I have used their services as a candidate to find a new job.

“I was placed in a temp role working in the Multitask office for another company, and I left a really good impression as I was asked to stay on, but this time as a Resourcer for Multitask”

Emma Watkin is the latest new recruit to join the South Yorkshire based specialist recruitment consultancy, Multitask Personnel. Emma has been working in Recruitment for 10 years, starting out as a Branch Administrator, and has a vast amount of experience working on different contract types and industry sectors.

Emma comments: “I’m delighted to have joined the Multitask team working within the Trades team. Over the years I’ve worked in Recruitment, I’ve worked on all different types of contracts and industries so I can bring a lot to the table. In my new role as Resourcing Consultant I will primarily be looking after social housings contracts, and I’m looking forward to speaking to different candidates and employers.”

Multitask Personnel, the Rotherham based specialist recruitment consultancy, have promoted Wensdy McMillan to Recruitment Team Leader within their Business Support Division.

Wensdy joined the company in 2021 after previous roles within recruitment and management. She started her career journey with Multitask Personnel as a Recruitment Consultant, working within the Business Support division, sourcing a range of candidates across operations, finance and sales.

After a busy year, and more internal role fulfilments at Multitask, Wensdy has been promoted to Recruitment Team Leader.

Wensdy comments: “I am proud of my promotion with Multitask Personnel. I have worked on some key accounts over these past 8 months, and it is a great feeling to be promoted to Team Leader. It shows the growth I’ve made with the company, but also the development that Multitask is going through a well.

“In my new role I am responsible for leading the recruitment team and working on commercial and office support roles. I’ll be able to get more hands on as a recruiter and take responsibility for developing new business for the company as well as managing and developing my team.”
