Experienced New Build and Fit-Out SMSTS Site Manager – Nationwide Work

We are recruiting on behalf of a West Yorkshire based building contracting business that specialise in the fast-track refurbishment and fit out of leisure and licensed pub and restaurant facilities for a robust and growing client base across the UK.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a number of Site Managers. This role will require nationwide travel and overnight stays in multiple locations across the UK
Site Managers will be responsible for the safe, profitable and timely delivery of an individual project with genuinely outstanding efficiency and effectiveness.
The individual holding the role must have a demonstrable ability to command a fast moving multi-disciplinary on both new build construction and fit-out projects, along with the ability to grow with the company. The individual will also need to have vast experience on similar projects to draw from. Candidates from joinery/carpentry backgrounds would be preferred.
Ideally the right candidate will hold most if not all of the following:
• Valid UK driving licence
• CSCS managerial card
• First Aid training
• Asbestos Awareness
A salary from £1050 per week plus company van, work phone, laptop, accommodation and travel expenses and holiday pay is available to any successful candidates.
