Our client are a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property maintenance sector. Due to expansion they are looking recruit a Accounts Administrator to work as part of their busy team within their head office in Sheffield.
Duties to include –
- Matching invoices with delivery notes
- Sales ledgers and purchase ledgers
- Dealing with suppliers and sub-contractor queries
- Processing day-to-day purchase orders for engineers
- Van-stock replenishment orders
- IT competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- To have obtained GCSE level C or above in Maths & English
- Previous accounts experience
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent attention to detail
Hours of work Mon to Fri 8.30am -5pm.
