Our client are a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property maintenance sector. Due to expansion they are looking recruit a Accounts Administrator to work as part of their busy team within their head office in Sheffield.
Duties to include –

  • Matching invoices with delivery notes
  • Sales ledgers and purchase ledgers
  • Dealing with suppliers and sub-contractor queries
  • Processing day-to-day purchase orders for engineers
  • Van-stock replenishment orders


  • IT competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • To have obtained GCSE level C or above in Maths & English
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent attention to detail

Hours of work Mon to Fri 8.30am -5pm.
